About Judd Stauss

Born and raised in East Grand Forks, Judd Stauss has spent his life connected to the game of hockey. He grew up playing for the Green Wave before moving on to junior hockey with the Omaha Lancers and then to the University of Denver, where he captained the Pioneers in his senior year. His playing career continued in the ECHL with the Greenville Growl, where he helped the Growl win the Kelly Cup.

For the past 15 years, Judd has dedicated himself to developing the next generation of players in the East Grand Forks youth hockey program. His coaching focuses on building strong foundational skills, fostering confidence, and helping young athletes grow both on and off the ice.
